Welcome to Watching Rachael Ray!

Love her or hate her, everyone has an opinion about TV’s sweetheart, Rachael Ray! She’s everywhere, now days, and next to Oprah is coined the “hardest working woman on television!” She does it all! 30 Minute Meals, $40 dollars a day, Cookbooks, Rachael Ray talk show, Food Network specials, her own cutlery, Every Day with Rachael Ray magazine, her own words in the newest Dictionary (EVOO), special appearances - the girl simply does not quit! Is it any wonder she survives on “way too much coffee!” a day?

Some folks are naysayers and can’t stand her, but the rest of the world is in love with the loud laughter and easy-going sense of ‘real’ that one gets from Rachael, no matter what the medium. Even the haters make sure to watch her with avid curiosity just so they can snark on her later. But they are watching!

And so am I! My kids and I are big fans, and I hope to bring a little of the Joy that is Rachael into this blog as a daily gift to you! She’s the real deal, and I look forward to sharing the love with you all!

And to start us off - Down to earth Rachael, in an interview right before her talk show began, showed us she has a very real sense of who she is, and who she is not.

Gotta love her!
