Kimora Potluck Thursday

Oh I love Potluck Thursday! Today’s choice was between two kinds of Macaroni and Cheese. Rachael Ray thought it would be close, but it was another landslide. New York Style Mac and Cheese won over Cubano Mac and Cheese, but a definite majority of the audience - I’m pretty sure it was the breadcrumbs that put her over the top. So that’s what’s for dinner tonight - the Cubano went to help feed the homeless in New York City.

Time for another episode of Who Wears it Better! This time Kimora Lee Simmons is here to judge - am I the only person on earth who doesn’t know who this woman is? And why she has her own show “life in the fab lane” on cable? And the whole run on in a bad mood and diet pills that don’t work monolog from her show? Lord have mercy, I don’t think I’d have been able to be quiet. Apparently she has a clothing line… Baby Phat… was she a model? Someone clue me in? I feel hopelessly out of touch.

Anyway, a mother/daughter pair are always fighting over who wears it better, and Kimora sides with mom, mostly because mom wears the dress with heels, and daughter wore some ugly ass silver flats. I’d have to agree with that one, though I do think the jacket was too short, or too red or something. Other pairings were best friends, and even two guys. Those two pairs, I think Kimora was right on.

Next, a visit to the World’s LONGEST Yard Sale. Now I thought that meant it’d just been going on forever - not so! It’s actually 600 miles long and crosses four states! Awesome! Kristan Cunningham checks it out and brings back some tips and treasures. Enter online to win a surprise package of some of the items she came back with!
