Then, can the food you eat really boost your sex drive? You won’t believe what happens when we put three viewers to the test!

Valerie Bertinelli
Premiere week continues when Valerie Bertinelli takes us inside her home for a look at how she’s dropped 30 pounds “one day at a time.” Then Valerie’s in the kitchen with Rach cooking up a guilty pleasure without the guilt! Plus, meet YouTube’s self-proclaimed experts and then decide who should be dishing out advice on our show.

10-Ingredient Challenge
Your recipes poured in for our 10-Ingredient Challenge and now the top three contenders go head to head in Rachael’s studio to be the ultimate winner! Then, we hit the campaign trail with Elizabeth Edwards, who shares her favorite moments on the road and her inspiring story of survival.

The Surprise Show
Special guest Danny DeVito joins Rachael for a laugh, and then Colby Donaldson heads to Hawaii to pull off a surprise wedding you won’t believe! Then the surprise is on Rachael when “animal guy” Jarod Miller comes by for a game of “What Am I Touching?” And wanna know what’s for dinner? It’s a surprise!

Amanda Bynes
One of Hollywood’s hottest young stars is giving us a peek at the hottest fall fashions for under $20 and they’re from her own line! Then, a 15-minute nose job without surgery? We’re trying it out on the show. And who wants to wait ’til Thanksgiving when you can whip up Rachael’s stuffing supper anytime!

Taste America!

2007_09_07_TA.jpg

Thanks to the eagle eyes of a fellow 451 Press blogger, Marilyn over at Parenting Sites 411, another Rachael Ray venture has come to light! It seems that the Every Day with Rachael Ray Magazine is now involved with helping spread the word about Taste America, a celebration of food.

The James Beard Foundation started Taste America, calling it a national food festival, celebrating the bounty and diversity of American cuisine. The foundation is the premiere organization dedicated to preserving our culinary heritage, and uses Taste America to celebrate the smart and creative ways that food permeates our lives.

The site is interactive and a lot of fun - the kids section has games, and encourages us to Play with our food - what could be better? There’s a ton of information to help kids learn to eat right, and for parents to open conversation with the kids about the foods they eat and the jobs they do. The other side of the coin is the adult side, where there are smart tips, chefs of the week, and even a sweepstakes to enter. Check it out today!
